The Grid – Energy Modelling and Sustainability for a Net Zero Carbon Office
The Grid, formerly Avis House, needed a clear plan to improve energy performance, reduce emissions, and meet modern sustainability standards. Lynx Energy and Carbon Assessors (LECA) were brought in to provide detailed analysis and guidance to make this possible.
We conducted energy modelling and sustainability assessments, pinpointing key upgrades and creating a clear roadmap to achieve Net Zero Carbon readiness and a higher EPC rating. Our insights ensured the building’s energy use could be optimised while supporting long-term sustainability goals. As a result of the analysis, we recommended the installation of solar photovoltaics, and Lynx Sustainable Solutions helped the owners bring the plan to life.
